We can handle flat work, four-axis work, contouring, turning, drilling, tapping, thread milling, and just about anything you need! Most of our mills are only a few years old and have very little wear and tear.

Swiss Components Inc., of Melbourne has added quite a number of new pieces of equipment. In addition to a new innovative laser, we have a new DM-2 Axis Mill. Improving our milling, drilling and tapping capabilities even more. This machine is a new and improved version, better than those that came before it. This piece of equipment gets your job done quickly, and has a 15,000 rpm spindle and fast rapids. This machine also comes with more room for bigger parts, a rotary cable was added on one end and it has eight inches more travel than before. Even though this machine has more mass to move it has the same speed and accelerations than the previous model.
